For private functions Ochre provides this off site corkage “Beverage Service Package” for clients wishing to supply their own drinks.
Beverage Service Package
Price depends on guest numbers – typically $12.00 to $18.00 pp
Includes – have your drinks delivered to us, we chill them and deliver to the function site.
Check stock is adequate and advise otherwise, run to the shop if provisions are getting low during the function.
Supply all bar equipment, eskies, ice, glassware for table settings, pre dinner and stand up drinks.
Provide staff for full table and tray service for a 5 hour period.
Provide license and insurance requirements.
